Careers

Work on the systems a business actually runs on.

Not a slide deck about transformation — the ledger, the item master, the interfaces and the shop-floor terminal. If you like understanding how things really work, you will like it here.

What it is like

Honest about the work, not aspirational about it

Consulting is demanding in specific ways and pleasant in others. Here is which is which, so you can decide before the interview rather than after month three.

You will be taught, in public

Blueprints are reviewed as a group. Code is read. Documents are edited by someone more senior and you see the tracked changes. That is how the standard transfers.

Client-facing early, never alone

You will be in front of a CFO in your first quarter — with a lead beside you. Confidence comes from doing the work, not from waiting to be ready.

Go-lives are intense; the rest is not

Cutover weekends are real and we plan for them honestly. Outside those windows we protect normal hours, because burnt-out consultants make expensive mistakes.

Certification is funded

Platform certifications, exam fees and study time are paid for. If it makes you better at the work, it is a company cost.

Process

  • 30-minute introductory call
  • Technical or functional conversation with the practice lead
  • Short practical exercise on anonymised client work
  • Final conversation on expectations and terms

Typically two to three weeks end to end. We will tell you where you stand at every step.

Questions

Four steps: a 30-minute introductory call, a technical or functional conversation with the relevant practice lead, a short practical exercise based on real (anonymised) client work with feedback either way, and a final conversation about expectations and terms. Usually two to three weeks end to end.

Yes — discovery, cutover and training happen on client sites, which can mean a plant or warehouse rather than an office. Typically a few days a month, concentrated around specific project phases and planned in advance.

For the graduate programme, always. For consultant roles we look for either platform experience or deep domain knowledge — a qualified accountant who understands closing a set of books, or an industrial engineer who has run a production floor, both transfer well.

Hybrid for most roles once you are through the first six months, with in-person expected during discovery, cutover and training phases. The graduate programme is on-site for the first year, because that is how the standard actually transfers.
